Dr. Ho attended Pennsylvania State University where he graduated as a Schreyer Honors Scholar with Honors in Biology.  During medical school he served as President of his class for all four years and developed a passion for Ophthalmology.  He subsequently stayed at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for his residency and had the honor of serving as the Chief Resident during his final year.  Upon completion of a prestigious vitreoretinal fellowship with Associated Retinal Consultants, P.C./William Beaumont Hospital, he joined Pennsylvania Retina Specialists in 2010.  He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented at national meetings on a wide range of vitreoretinal subjects.

Dr. Ho is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, the Central Pennsylvania Ophthalmology Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and Club Vit and Vit Buckle Socieites.

He is married with two children. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, enjoying new restaurants, hiking, golfing, cycling, mountain biking, playing tennis and pickleball, skiing, snowboarding, running, rowing, and weightlifting.
